RETURN & SHIPPING POLICY
If you are returning an item because it is damaged or defective or you did not receive the product ordered at KustomKira, kindly return any item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or a replacement for the missing items.
To return an item, please email kustomkira@gmail.com or dm @kustomkira on Instagram with your order number and reason for return to obtain the return address. With the retrieval of return address please repack the item in its original packaging if possible and ship via an insured carrier.
You will receive an email confirmation when your return is received, and your refund is being processed.
Kustomkira is not responsible for returning items damaged or lost in transit.
